Concise Systems is the developer of the ConciseCAMA Computer Aided Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system for mass real estate appraisal.  Specifically designed from the ground up for Virginia localities, this software is garnering praise for ease-of-use and flexibility.  ConcisePERMITS, our building and zoning permitting application provides full integrated data sharing with ConciseCAMA, allowing real-time access to data across departments, while allowing each department to maintain full control over their own data.  We are committed to new technologies, and mobile and web applications are an integral part of our solution.

Concise Systems, LLC ("Concise") was formed in March of 2013, but our staff has many years of deep experience in software application development, networking, GIS, Computer Aided Design (CAD), and data management.

Steve Finch, President of Concise Systems, has been serving the needs of design professionals and other businesses in Virginia for over 26 years as Co-Owner and Vice President of Engineering Design Systems, Inc., and as Manager of ComputerLand of Roanoke before that.  With experience supporting businesses ranging all the way back to the original IBM PC and forward to today's cloud-based services and mobile devices, Steve's continuing mission has always been to develop deep relationships with our customers and provide innovative solutions to today's challenges.

Concise is focused on working every day to earn the trust of our clients and we base our relationship around personal communication.  It may be old-fashioned, but we believe that you should talk to a person you know and trust when you have a problem.  You'll be speaking to an experienced database engineer, software development professional, or network engineer--not filling out an online ticket and waiting for someone you've never met to show up to work on your problem.  Of course, we use the latest technology to help us manage our work, but a personal relationship built on trust is what you can expect from us.
